Yes, you can customize your notifications by going to the "Profile" → "Notification Settings" section.
You will be redirected to your device’s settings, where you can select/deselect the categories for which you want to receive push and/or email notifications.
We recommend enabling all notifications to make the most of the app, stay updated on your activities, and not miss out on all the news we’ve designed for you.
All the notifications you receive from the Virgin Active Italia app can be viewed in the "Messages" section.
