Click on “Forgot your password” in the Virgin Active Revolution app and follow the instructions.
The new password must contain at least:
- 8 characters
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 number
- 1 special character (e.g. @, !, #, etc.)
Note: The special character must not be the last character of the password.
Example of a valid password: Virgin@123
If you do not receive the reset email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
