All Collection or Premium Plus level subscriptions* include a shower towel per day, available via the Club access device provided by Virgin Active (membership card, bracelet, etc.).
- The Collection, Premium Plus subscription includes the use of 1 towel per day. All following towels will be priced at 1€. The towel service withdrawal is not included in the Smart and Active subscription formulas.
- The collection of any towel from third parties, even at random, incurs a charge of 1€ per piece.
- It is essential to return the towel on the same day it is picked up, in order to avoid any non-delivery costs (10€ per piece).
We’d like to take this opportunity to offer you some helpful tips for using the towel service:
- make sure you have properly closed the dispenser door after taking a single towel.**
- ensure you do not exchange your towel with other members, to avoid being charged due to misuse by others.
- the rental is daily, and all used towels must be returned at the end of your workout or, in any case, before the club’s closing time.
- always promptly report any issues you encounter while using the equipment to the Reception staff.
*Service included in the Open 24, Open 12, and Flexi memberships. Not included in the Premium Plus Specific and Premium Plus Home Club memberships (for memberships subscribed from 01.05.2025 onwards).
