If you have just subscribed to a Virgin Active membership but have changed your mind, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of subscription of the contract (or from the date of online conclusion of the contract if you purchased the membership through our digital channels).
• When does the right of withdrawal not apply?
The right of withdrawal does not apply to those who have been Virgin Active customers in the 12 months prior to subscribing to the new membership. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal is not provided in the case of:
- Change of membership plan
- Change of service level
- Transfer to another Club
- Renewal of the membership
These exclusions do not apply in the case of purchases made through our digital channels.
• How can I exercise the right of withdrawal?
You can exercise the right of withdrawal (which will allow you to terminate the contract without providing any reason) through various methods, depending on your preference, provided that your decision is communicated to Virgin Active within the 14 days mentioned above:
- Online you can proceed completely independently online through your Personal Area, by clicking HERE or through our Virgin Active Italia app; in any case, within the “My memberships” section of the Personal Area, you will find the button “Right of withdrawal” which is specifically intended to inform us that you have changed your mind and want to exercise the right of withdrawal.
- By certified email (PEC) at the address: servizioclientivai@pcert.postecert.it
- By registered letter with return receipt to the address of your Club
- Directly at the Club, by filling in the appropriate form available at Reception
