We understand how important it is for you to have clarity about your subscription costs. That’s why we want to explain how the adjustment of the monthly fee works and why it may change when your subscription is renewed.
During the initial term of the subscription you selected (e.g., the first 12 months in the case of the Open 12 plan), the total price of the subscription (and therefore the corresponding monthly fee) will not change and will remain completely unchanged for that period. However, upon renewal of your subscription, depending on the plan chosen, the monthly fee may change and will be automatically adjusted based on the subscription price in effect at the time of renewal or, in any case, according to the terms of the subscribed plan.
We would also like to emphasize that any price adjustments are aimed at continuously improving your experience at the Club, ensuring high-quality services, innovation, and environments that always meet your expectations.
• How can I find out if there are changes to my subscription fee?
If there are any changes to your subscription fee, we will send you a written notice (via email or SMS) at least 30 days before your subscription renewal date. This communication will include the deadline by which you can cancel your subscription, as well as details about the price adjustment. This way, you’ll have time to consider your options and freely decide whether to continue your experience with Virgin Active.
Additionally, the current price lists are always available at your Club, displayed on the notice board and/or on the digital frames at the Reception.
