Yes, but only if you are the holder of these subscriptions: OPEN 24, OPEN 12, SPECIAL 12 DAY/NIGHT/AGE.
In this case, you can transfer your subscription to a third person, for a limited period of time, through the Alter Ego service.
Alter Ego is a service that allows you to let a person of your choice from among your family and friends (the 'Alter Ego' in fact) attend the Club, provided that in the case of any previous VA membership:
- they have not been the holder of a subscription subject to termination for breach of contract.
- they have not been accepted for membership by Virgin Active for any reason whatsoever.
- they have not been a Virgin Active customer in the 4 months preceding the activation of the Alter Ego service.
The Alter Ego service can be activated for a different period depending on the service level:
- 2 months (divisible into 15-day periods) for Life province, Life metro and Premium levels.
- 3 months (divisible into 15-day periods) for Premium Plus and Collection levels.
For activation, go to the reception of your Club together with the person to whom you want to transfer the subscription.
The Alter Ego period does not provide for either suspension of the subscription or postponement of its expiry. During the entire period, you will therefore continue to pay the fee due according to the subscription you have taken out.
