Redeeming your weekly rewards is easy!
Visit the Club at least twice a week to unlock your rewards.
You can choose to:
1. Use the food & beverage voucher to purchase energy bars, hot or cold drinks at the Virgin Active Café, Kauai, or the vending machines available in our Clubs*.
Or
2. Convert the voucher into points that will be added to your wallet:
- With 2 visits, you earn 50 points
- With 3 visits, you earn 100 points
- With 4 visits, you earn 150 points
Remember: Points are only accumulated if you choose to convert the voucher rather than using it immediately.
How to redeem your rewards?
From the 'Rewards' section on the homepage of the Virgin Active Italia app, click on 'Choose your weekly reward' (1)
Alternatively, from the 'Rewards' section on the homepage of the Virgin Active Italia app, click on 'Check my progress' under 'Weekly rewards' and click on the available reward (2)
Click on 'Choose your reward' and decide whether to redeem level points or a food & beverage voucher.
Confirm your reward choice and enjoy your reward!
Remember: Once the choice is confirmed, the reward cannot be changed.

*Subject to availability. The food&beverage voucher can be redeemed not only at your home club but also at other clubs with the same type of restaurant. Specifically:
Mother Voucher → valid at all Mother clubs
VCafé Voucher → valid at all VCafé clubs
Kauai Voucher → valid at all Kauai clubs
