Need to take a break from training?
Active Break is a service dedicated to those who decide not to attend the Club for a minimum period of 1 month up to a maximum of 3 months, even if not consecutive*, depending on the type of subscription (see contractual conditions).
During this period you will pay the monthly Active Break fee for your subscription according to your service level.
Activating Active Break will shift the expiry date of the subscription (and any remaining months) for a period equal to that of the requested suspension.
During the Active Break period, you will not be able to use the services of the VA Clubs, while access to Virgin Active Revolution.
The Active Break service does not affect any periods of suspension of the subscription (if not already used) pursuant to Article 11 of the General Terms and Conditions.
You can activate the Active Break service at any time by contacting your Club reception directly.
At the end of the requested Active Break period, your subscription will be resumed regularly without any further communication.
*depending on the type and duration of your Subscription. The suspension periods resulting from the activation of the Active Break and the Smart Break can be cumulated for a maximum of 3 months' pay (even if not consecutive) within one year.
