Yes, if you have an OPEN 12 membership (or similar plans) and have not yet reached the total suspension period of 6 months as stated in the general terms and conditions, you can request an extension of your membership suspension before the end of the already agreed period, by submitting valid documentation that justifies your continued temporary inability to attend the Club.
If you have already used the maximum suspension period of 6 months and are still facing an unexpected situation that temporarily prevents you from attending the Club, our staff is available to listen to you, understand your needs, and work with you to find the most suitable solution.
