Except in special cases*, your subscription renewal is automatic and takes place through the payment of a monthly fee charged to your bank account or credit card: a simple solution designed to give you continuity and peace of mind.
We remind you that you can always consult the general conditions of your subscription in your personal area by logging in with your credentials via the website, or through the Virgin Active Italia app, or by clicking HERE.
*In the following cases, the subscription does not provide for tacit renewal: (i) cases where the subscription payment is made in a single upfront payment, and (ii) in the case of so-called Corporate agreements.

We want you to always have all the information with a simple click.
For this reason, you can check the date your subscription will renew at any time directly on the Virgin Active Italia app, in the “Manage Profile - Subscription” section.
Additionally, 30 days before the date of such automatic renewal, you will receive a written communication (email - SMS) as a reminder, where you will also find the exact date by which you can possibly send your cancellation: this way you will have plenty of time to decide whether to continue your training experience at Virgin Active (and under what conditions), choose a subscription plan better suited to your needs, or cancel the subscription you have signed up for.
Remember to keep push notifications active on the Virgin Active Italia app as we will also send you a reminder about your subscription renewal date and the timing and methods to notify us of your cancellation.
