In the event of sudden circumstances that permanently prevent you from attending the Club, you can request early termination of your subscription before its natural expiry, so that your subscription ends as per your duly documented request.

In which cases can you request early termination?
You can make a request if you are in one of the following situations:pregnancy
injury and/or illness
change of residence/domicile (to a province where there is no Virgin Active Club)
transfer of work/study location (to a province where there is no Virgin Active Club)
job loss (permanent or otherwise longer than 12 months)
In these cases, you can request early termination of your subscription and you will need to provide documentation proving the ongoing inability to use the service.

Which documents are considered suitable to support your request for early termination of your subscription before its natural expiry?
If you believe you fall into one of the above cases and wish to request early termination, please attach one of the documents listed in the table published HERE to your request.

How to request early termination?
At the Club, by handing over the documentation mentioned above at Reception
Online, by submitting the request via the dedicated form available HERE and attaching the necessary documentation
By certified email (PEC) by sending the request to the address servizioclientivai@pcert.postecert.it
By registered letter with return receipt to the address of your Home Club
Note Please remember that, in these cases, to request early termination of the subscription you must attach the documentation in your possession as previously specified. If the documentation you provide is found to be unsuitable and/or incomplete, we reserve the right to request further documentation proving your inability.
