Although we are sorry to see you go, we understand that needs can change.
You can request cancellation by the 15th day of the natural expiry month of your subscription. After this date, the subscription will automatically renew according to the subscription conditions contained in the communication you will receive 30 days before your subscription expires.
In fact, 30 days before your subscription expires, we will send you a specific written communication (email - SMS) to remind you of the date by which you can notify us of your cancellation and terminate your subscription, so you will have plenty of time to consider the right choice for you, completely freely.
• How to request cancellation?
You can notify us of your intention and therefore request the cancellation of your subscription through various methods, depending on your preference, provided that your decision is communicated to Virgin Active within the deadline mentioned above:
Online you can proceed independently directly online through your Personal Area, by clicking HERE or through our Virgin Active Italia app; in any case, within the “My subscriptions” section of the Personal Area, you will find the button “Cancel subscription” which is specifically intended to notify us of your intention to cancel the subscription
At the Club: fill in the appropriate form at the Reception of your Club
By PEC: by sending the request to the address servizioclientivai@pcert.postecert.it
By registered mail with return receipt: to the address of your Home Club
Whatever channel you choose, make sure the communication arrives by the 15th day of the last month of your subscription term.
